The Eisnor Team at William Raveis was formed with the intention of being able to offer an even higher level of service to those who are looking to buy or sell real estate in Eastern Massachusetts. By strategically bringing together a team of real estate agents with varying backgrounds and areas of expertise, the Eisnor Team is well equipped to help you sell your home or find your next home. Meet the Team
Sean Eisnor | Realtor, CEO
Sean Eisnor is the CEO and founder of the Eisnor Team. He graduated in 2011 with his Masters in Criminal Law from Bridgewater State University. After graduating, Sean worked for a real estate conveyance firm as a closer and a title analyst. He decided to transition into mortgage banking and obtained his mortgage license and a job as a loan officer. It wasn’t long after that, Sean realized his true passion was real estate and helping his clients’ with ultimately the biggest decision of their lives-buying a home. Sean’s background in real estate law and mortgage banking allows him to provide his clients with the most exceptional and comprehensive real estate experience. In his downtime, Sean loves to golf (where you can still find him answering work calls and emails) and in the winter months he loves to hit the slopes with his snowboard. Sean’s proud to call Norwell home, where he lives with his wife, son and two dogs.

Elisha Eisnor | Realtor, Director of Marketing
Elisha is proud to be partner and marketing director of the Eisnor Team. She has a robust knowledge of Massachusetts' South Shore and has built an influential network of brokers, clients, and vendors within the industry. Through her years as a realtor, Elisha developed a profound love for marketing and design; she now primarily focuses her time on developing marketing plans for her clients’ properties as well as helping her team with their marketing needs.
A native of Western NY, she holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in education from SUNY Fredonia. Elisha always knew Boston would be her home and is excited to be living in Norwell with her husband, son, and three dogs. When she is not working, Elisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also an avid runner, golfer and skier.

Erik Burns | Realtor
Before arriving to Boston in 2007, Erik spent many years traveling and moving to different states throughout the country opening many restaurants for a National burrito joint. Transitioning from helping people enjoy great food to helping his clients sell and buy their new home has been a truly enjoyable adventure. Over the last thirteen years in the area, Erik has had the pleasure of treating Massachusetts as his backyard. Much of Erik’s time is spent helping clients discover the hidden gems of neighborhoods throughout the South Shore. Clients have come to appreciate his empathetic approach in listening to what they need, firm negotiation skills and his ability to accurately market and price a home.

Meaghan Colannino is a dedicated real estate advisor with a passion for connecting clients with their dream properties. Her journey in the real estate industry began in Boston, in 2017. She started her career at a small boutique firm, with a focus on properties in the Greater Boston and South Shore areas. In the years since she has served the RI, MA, and CT markets where she has established herself as a trusted and knowledgeable real estate resource. She credits her success in the Rhode Island market to strong interpersonal skills and connections. Meaghan prides herself in the close personal touches that often lend themselves to a seamless real estate transaction. She looks forward to returning to Massachusetts and making meaningful contributions to her clients needs, by utilizing her large network of resources, passion for beautiful home aesthetics, and home staging.

Siobhán Hunter | Realtor, Director of Operations
Specializing in residential real estate with William Raveis for buyers and sellers in Massachusetts for almost a decade, Siobhán's primary focus has been the South Shore area. She is a licensed Broker & Notary with almost 20 years experience in negotiations, a knack for attention to detail, priding herself on her accountability, the ability to listen to needs and translate them to a desired result, simplifying sometimes complicated transactions, and an honest approach to her clients.
Siobhán is a dual citizen of Ireland and first generation American. Having lived in Massachusetts and various parts of the South Shore all her life, it gives her quite a bit of fantastic knowledge of many areas.
She lives with her adorable son Declán and adopted pup Tater in the Mann Hill area of Scituate.
Among other committees, Siobhán is the Chair of the Scituate/West Cork Sister City Committee & also on the Board of Directors of the upcoming South Shore Irish Heritage Trail.

Jonathan Weinstein | Realtor
Born and raised in Massachusetts. Jonathan is proud to call Stoughton his hometown for the past 34 years. Met his wife Jacqueline in Stoughton and they now have three boys Liam, Luke, and Logan, along with their golden retriever, Ford. Jonathan is a public tax accountant in Stoughton at Weinstein & Weinstein Income Tax Centers, which is a father and son run business. Jonathan is an avid car enthusiast, enjoys the outdoors, and loves spending time with his family.
