Sean Eisnor | Realtor, CEO
Sean Eisnor is the CEO and founder of the Eisnor Team. He graduated in 2011 with his Masters in Criminal Law from Bridgewater State University. After graduating, Sean worked for a real estate conveyance firm as a closer and a title analyst. He decided to transition into mortgage banking and obtained his mortgage license and a job as a loan officer. It wasn’t long after that, Sean realized his true passion was real estate and helping his clients’ with ultimately the biggest decision of their lives-buying a home. Sean’s background in real estate law and mortgage banking allows him to provide his clients with the most exceptional and comprehensive real estate experience. In his downtime, Sean loves to golf (where you can still find him answering work calls and emails) and in the winter months he loves to hit the slopes with his snowboard. Sean’s proud to call Hingham home, where he lives with his wife, son and two and a half dogs.

Elisha Eisnor | Director of Marketing and Transactions
Elisha is proud to be partner and marketing/transaction director of the Eisnor Team. She has a robust knowledge of Massachusetts' South Shore and has built an influential network of brokers, clients, and vendors within the industry. Through her years as a realtor, Elisha developed a profound love for marketing and design; she now primarily focuses her time on developing marketing plans for her clients’ properties as well as helping her team with their marketing needs.
A native of Western NY, she holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in education from SUNY Fredonia. Elisha always knew Boston or the surrounding area would be her home and is excited to be living in Hingham with her husband, son, and three dogs. When she is not working, Elisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also an avid golfer and skier.

Grayson Schober | Realtor
Born and raised in the Green Mountains of Vermont, Grayson grew up in Burlington and attended The University of Vermont. Grayson has spent over 10 years in the hospitality industry, working at and managing a restaurant in Montpelier, Vermont. In his time off, Grayson could be found at one of the many ski mountains in Vermont, summers spent on Lake Champlain, or at The North Country Sportsman Club. Grayson, his girlfriend Haley, and their Boston Terrier, Hemi, moved to the South Shore of Massachusetts in 2022 in search of a new career and to be closer to family and friends. When not selling homes Grayson can still be found bartending at The Range Bar and Grille in Hingham and working on his golf swing. Grayson has a deep passion for cars and loves the outdoors. Grayson is proud to call The South Shore his new home.
